It's odd to me that sales position vacancies are even posted. People who would take a position here until this is resolved probably were turned down for Wal-Mart greeters. Personally what is most concerning is that the jobs I have been looking at have very large geographies. Not really what I want.

Please get out and start selling more units, sales should be 3X higher . It is obvious that many of you have lots of free time at hand? You will be lucky if your making 60K next year if territories get split; Yes that's in the works

Pay people even less money? I don't' know. This is the first that I have heard of it. Clearly the company knows that a high turn over rate will seal it's fate. Who would stick around for less pay?[/QUOTE]

What about the government rep openings? Are these decent positions?
Based on some of the previous posts, maybe not such a bright future?
Any insight would be appreciated.
 






Im curious about the government VA jobs as well. If the company were in such financial trouble, it doesn't make sense that they would be hiring on a brand new sales force. Also - with the CMS ruling on wound care reimbursement soon to come out, I'm wondering what OI people think about how that will impact their business, especially in the VA setting.

The positions have significant travel. Significant travel = challenging goal attainment. Obviously, the company thinks the reimbursement issue is a non issue. Interesting how quiet the board has been don't you think? Is anyone holding their breath?
