Hiring freeze. Layoffs. Is a Camille really worth 1 Million per year do this? Camille is not improving the business. Cutting cost is not building a billion dollar company. Stale products. Zero leadership. Zero future. When the turds start flying in Q2 look out. Its going to get really ugly.

Yor probably right. AMS is circling the drain. I have never seen our outlook so bad. Marty was bad but this is criminally bad.

Marty started the demise of AMS by paying $615 million for Laserscope/GreenLight! IDIOT! It was worth $300 million at the most. But J&J jumped in and bid up the price to get back at AMS for taking so much market share with the Monarc Sling vs. their TVT Harpoon. Then they stopped and left Marty looking like an IDIOT. Guess who lost their CEO job due to Laserscope?

God, you are so right. AMS still hasnt paid for Lasescope acquisition in total sales! Maybe this year! Also, The total was 715 million only not 615. Just when you think it could get worse, Tony sells the company for 2.6 Billion, then Camille comes in and he will be required to break it up or fire all the field reps in womens health and ph!

Break up is our only option of surviving. MH is killing it, WH is killing us, and PH is an after thought. Leader at endo cannot be happy with this mess.

MPH is doing well for now. Without a legitimate pipeline and dumping the marketing team the way they did doesn't speak well for the future. You can't have a future that focuses on price increases to grow and sustain your business model. WPH is making a turnaround, slowly. They have a new product, even if it is a "me too". If the lawsuits don't pull the plug on them completely, they have the right products to compete.
The problem is the new leadership that sits up in Minnetonka. The tension up here is thick enough to cut. MPH and WPH leadership seem to hate each other and they just separated a few months ago. That has to change.

There is no future as their is no legitimate pipeline. Price is killing any chance at growth and they have heard this before. No one in tonka is listening and no one knows anything about urology let alone mens or womens health. Its a bad joke.
