The worst thing that can happen to an organization is employee indifference. That's where the CRM division finds itself, as the revenue-generators have given up.
Barely any tracking data, and what we do get is poorly defined and nowhere near representative of what is actually happening. The only predictable thing about the shitty, useless data we do get is that it will always be late.
The only emotion anyone in sales feels at this point is slight amusement that something could actually be this systemically broken in this short of a time-frame. Leqvio launched less than five months ago and Novartis has already wet themselves so thoroughly that the sales force can't even be frustrated or angry anymore.
In some ways I can't fault Duane and the rest of the idiot brigade for hiding in their basements, as it's either that or have to look the sales force in the face and admit how profoundly they have fucked things up.
So True! My concern and interest in Leqvio cannot be measured it's so little. Way too many processes, people, guardrails, complications to sort out - they lost me months ago. What the fuck were they thinking!
