Thanks for the wishes, but there's about Memorial Day that's HAPPY. Remembering dead soldiers is a solemn and sorrowful occasion.

Shouldn’t you be busy injecting bleach and shoving horse pills up your rear end?Taking a quote from the least patriotic president (BHO, second least is FJB) is further indication of Duane's cluelessness and stupidity, further insulting our most patriotic Americans - our fallen soldiers and their families.

The silence in CRM is deafening right now. This failure of a product launch firmly is a reflection of the poor management and lack of leadership from the top. What a disgrace.
I’ve never been part of a more silent launch from leadership. This is not a good sign.
Log in then take day off!Don't forget Juneteenth.

5 months into a product launch and there’s almost no communication from “leaders” in NJ in 2 months. No entresto data, no entresto goals, absurd IC clusters, too many abls, ridiculous patient tracker, no leqvio data, no leqvio pull through, yet here we are, in CRM- the place to be. Duane, Jeff & Sandeep are going to burn this BU to the ground.
It’s horrible. Prism delayed again this week. No IC clusters, no IC trx ms change for start of new trimester. Leqvio data, total joke. What is the point of leaving your house every day? It’s all so stupid. Even if you make a difference out there, Novartis cant be trusted to track it correctly.
The worst thing that can happen to an organization is employee indifference. That's where the CRM division finds itself, as the revenue-generators have given up.
Barely any tracking data, and what we do get is poorly defined and nowhere near representative of what is actually happening. The only predictable thing about the shitty, useless data we do get is that it will always be late.
The only emotion anyone in sales feels at this point is slight amusement that something could actually be this systemically broken in this short of a time-frame. Leqvio launched less than five months ago and Novartis has already wet themselves so thoroughly that the sales force can't even be frustrated or angry anymore.
In some ways I can't fault Duane and the rest of the idiot brigade for hiding in their basements, as it's either that or have to look the sales force in the face and admit how profoundly they have fucked things up.
