5 months into a product launch and there’s almost no communication from “leaders” in NJ in 2 months. No entresto data, no entresto goals, absurd IC clusters, too many abls, ridiculous patient tracker, no leqvio data, no leqvio pull through, yet here we are, in CRM- the place to be. Duane, Jeff & Sandeep are going to burn this BU to the ground.

It’s already been burnt. Now, we all have to wait to see if they get fired first, mass reps layoffs or both.
 




It’s horrible. Prism delayed again this week. No IC clusters, no IC trx ms change for start of new trimester. Leqvio data, total joke. What is the point of leaving your house every day? It’s all so stupid. Even if you make a difference out there, Novartis cant be trusted to track it correctly.

The worst thing that can happen to an organization is employee indifference. That's where the CRM division finds itself, as the revenue-generators have given up.

Barely any tracking data, and what we do get is poorly defined and nowhere near representative of what is actually happening. The only predictable thing about the shitty, useless data we do get is that it will always be late.

The only emotion anyone in sales feels at this point is slight amusement that something could actually be this systemically broken in this short of a time-frame. Leqvio launched less than five months ago and Novartis has already wet themselves so thoroughly that the sales force can't even be frustrated or angry anymore.

In some ways I can't fault Duane and the rest of the idiot brigade for hiding in their basements, as it's either that or have to look the sales force in the face and admit how profoundly they have fucked things up.

I’m not amused. These ‘leaders’ are BS spin machines and I’m sick of listening to their crap. Nobody has answers for anything. There is absolutely no accountability from sales VPs. There is no direction. We are expected to keep going and producing and stay positive keep the fake culture going- while not getting paid.
I can’t find the compassion for Duane & the other bunker boys when they are collecting huge paychecks & not compensating the reps.

Fantastic post, especially the employee indifference point. Every CRM rep I know is either looking for another job, pissed off or gave up selling Leqvio a month ago.
