Question is, why would anyone try to build up a Heme Program. Reimbursements are getting cut, and Onc's will tell you they see 20 reps a day all offering the same exact products.

This is a dead industry, except if you have a "specific" test that no one else has.

Very sad...plus HemeOncs are putting in their own labs, Quest and Labcrap are doing flow for below cost...

Why the hell would they want to be like Caris? If you haven't cashed in your options yet at Caris, you missed the boat. That is just a big Japanese turd now. If you actually knew anything about them you would know that they have missed their AP number by 40k cases per year for 5 years! GIPP must be doing something right. They are the only private lab left and from what I hear everyone wants to go to work for them!
 






A few years ago it might have been a good place.
Lies are being told at the interview. The job desc changes as soon as they join.
Commitments are not kept.
Agreement to support reps if a noncompete problem happens doesn't occur.
The rep is screwed. Some fired when they asked for help.
Rumor mill is that it is the worst place to work now.
 






GIP Management/GIP/Pathology Partners/Poplar Healthcare/Poplar Healthcare Management/bla bla bla...only private lab? really? uh...nope. try again... only lab with um-teen name changes in the past 10 years would be more accurate...wow saying GIP/(insert what ever dumb name) is the only private lab is like saying all the gi pathologists are "fellowship" trained...both are wrong wrong wrong... the reason why their not bought out yet is because of an over-inflated sense of self-worth and no-one wants the liability of their books. enough said.

Why have GIPP Physicians left GIPP and work for Caris then?

Why does GIPP hire managers who were fired by their previous employer?? CM at Provation and MB at Caris?
