Hematology=The definition of disfucktional. You have one Heme team that sells one good drug and doesn't generate a lot of money for the company but you still pay them big bonuses and another team that has crap drugs but still delivers for the company and their bonuses suck! The sick part is management pretends that one team isn't being favored over the other. This is textbook "The emperor's new clothes".
 






Everyone isn't drinking the koolaid. That's why there is turnover and the reps we are getting are from other franchises not from oncology companies! Pay attention. Outside onc reps wouldn't touch Gene heme.

There a rep from rheum who switched last year. Hated everyone and everything in the franchise. Left and threw a ton of folks under the bus. She got the undeserved gift of a fresh start and proceeded to exhibit the same behaviors, causing drama and problems all around. This. This is the problem with Roche/Genentech.
 


















So how about the totally inappropriate new west Rd for rheumatology. He doesn’t know anything other than how to manage up. Totally clueless on real leadership. Reps and managers are less than thrilled. He threw the amazing former rsd under the bus, and put a bunch of garbage on his linked in page. I cannot believe I still work here. It’s not the company I knew when I started here.
