Agree with the posts about one or more of the newer DMs/former reps. Several of them are learning management skills on the job, and if they were smart they would ask their team for some anonymous 360 feedback, and hope that reps are thoughtful yet direct in the start/stop/continue areas.
I'm a rep- not a rock star, but not a bottom feeder either. there were opportunities to do this relaunch better, but its water under the bridge now. My main fear is what will happen if the Horizon buyout goes thru. Their reps probably have average salaries 15-20k less than us, and we will be the bigger losers in terms of jobs. I know a DM at Horizon, and he tells me that management decisions lately are 100% driven by cost cutting, regardless of the person or position.
