Amen to that. Especially the part about how they treat their employees. the words "work, life, balance" aren't in their vocabulary, although they constantly preach it. It's pathetic how they operate. Never in my career have I seen such a poor excuse for a pharma company... even Pfizer and Merck treat their employees better.

So happy to be out of that shit hole. Manager was a micro manager who asked for constant busy work, 10+ Action item emails/day, multiple conf calls/week etc. May have been a good rep but definitely not a good manager. His new district will bail soon. Bet on it.

I agree with the above posts. the absolute worst job I have ever had. Incompetent manager, unreasonable expectations and ridiculous amount of ccs and requests/demands. NO CLUE how to treat employees and respect what they bring to the table.
