Whether or not KH is physically employed or not is irrelevant. She is an MIA leader that should have been canned a long time ago. She is a puppet just like EB. Galderma needs leaders who can stand up to Fleming and do what’s right for customers and employees. Everyone knows Galderma sucks the big dong and that’s the Truth.. How many people need to get laid off, fired or whatever to take this pile of turd public. You can get rid of 1 salary of someone like KH and save 10 reps. That would be the right thing to do. There are plenty of jobs out there and KH can be a VP of bed bath and beyond or circuit city and be better off than Galderma.
 




Why does everyone think KH is doing a bad job? She is an amazing leader. She absolutely is. Here’s a list of the accomplishments and accolades since she stepped into the VP role:

1) increased employee turnover 500%
2) saved Galderma millions by not paying reps bonuses
3) making quotas unattainable
4) reminding us that let it glow was the last promo of Q4 only to have a record amount of promos that quarter
5) Not spending a single day in the field in the last several years to understand anything about our business.
6) layoffs
7) making everyone at Galderma hate their jobs
8) she lost 100 pounds on ozempic.

Keep in mind this when you are at the NSM. EB and KH will make millions if and when Galderma goes ipo. Everyone else are the puppets that will earn them their millions. They will say everything is great and amazing things are ahead and the future is bright. They will say all kinds of bs. Just understand you as a rep or manager will get zero, nothing , nada when the ipo happens. They just want to drag you along for the ride so the dynamic duo and flemming can make their pile of money and leave everyone else holding the bag. Get your popcorn and listen to lie after lie when leadership stands on the stage and throws out vomit.
Just ask EB an KH directly point blank what they will get if and when ipo happens. Ask them. Dare you. They will crap their pants.
 




Wonder if Galderma will still have its Presidents award trip or did the budget get cancelled for that? Galderma can save dozens of jobs cancelling that and can save a hundred or more jobs by canceling the NSM and making it a zoom meeting. this place has its priorities all wrong.
 




How is KH still the VP here? Company wide teleconference with the whole sales force and she does not open up the call! She does not adress Q1! She makes a few negative comments throws out a few things and provides no details. Her communication is awful, her strategy is non existence and her temper rivals that of a crocodile.

That is not the right question. She is in fact still employed here. What she actually does or does not do is a mystery. Has she addressed the salesforce and outlined her plan to retain sales reps or make the culture better. That answer is a big fat NO. She’s non existent and probably one of the most inept, uncapable VP’s in aesthetics. She adds no value. She was getting EB coffee a few years ago and then got promoted. I bet EB was putting his own cream on her muffins to get promoted.
 








This is the worst collection of people. Budgets for all things related to sales people will be lower next year nsm, pclub. All the savings will go into headquarters lining pockets stroking egos. They can’t even pay their people properly. My payout is usually wrong. HR sucks balls. Legal is useless. Shires needs Imodium as soon as he hears Flem—-. Silvina is a puppet is Flemmings game. Cox is a spy and a bean counter and his crazy direct report DT walks around like an insane old hag. This place is a mental asylum

My manager told me KH, the worst VP ever, was ranting about the sales and forecasts and how she thinks we all suck. I didn't realize she still worked here, as we haven't heard from her in forever. She's a silent leader who doesn't support the sales force or contribute any strategies. Has she ever hit a number since she was the VP? Why is she still here?
