I agree that something is going to happen but not positive about the dates.For sure before the NSM. SL goes to Access and so do all the reps.

Not sure what is going on as well. Managers were in Vegas and I know something is going to happen--alot of buzz at BAS. There is always bodies left behind when this happens, hopefully you are over quota when the cuts come down. It will be ruthless.

It is a publically traded company, and they want answers on recovery of stock. Layoffs will happen to show profit gains.

More than half the sales force has not hit quota. So what they are going to lay off half the sales force? Doubtful! This isn't being announced anytime soon either. Other wise it would have been on the earnings call.

It will be a crutch if Q4 does recoup. Bad Q4 results = reduction to show recovery.

If you will read the yahoo earnings call prevue it mentions sales force consolidation as a method for organic growth. I believe this will be made public on or before the analyst meeting in December.

Yes but if you read the research article from Zacks, the link is referring to, the article itself speaks to the sales force 'expansion' not consolidation, in more than one area as being a factor in organic growth... Go figure.... Seems like an error on Zacks part in the summary.

sounds like you are not a fan of Jim....in your defense, i am hearing that not too many people are.

so is everyone under the assumption that we will find out if we have jobs tomorrow? I find it sad that this was set out by the top people at BAS, and they will have no repricussions against them. corporate america at its finest.
