Hearing rumors of a major sales force reshuffle

I have heard rumors from a DM that there is a major reshuffle of products that involves 3-4 Bard divisions. Not sure if any other DMs or TMs have heard the same thing. It sounds like this would be a step in the right direction and I am hearing that there will be more money to be made. Any other Bard reps hearing the same thing? I hope this is true.

yeah-major reshuffle.You are now going to shuffle my balls in your mouth.Your balls will be reshuffled to your biopsy counterparts moutn etc etc etc.
 
























I am not sure that this would even be possible if it were true. All of the products take a long time to sell and mixing bags means that a lot of products will not be pushed and sold. Bard would lose much more $ by doing this.
 






I think there are more synergies than we reps think. I wouldn't be surprised if StatLock goes to Bard Access. It makes more sense since the call points overlap. StatLock should have gone there in the first place. I think Bard is in a tight spot and it wouldn't shock me if a dramatic move is made to realign the business units.
 






Statlock goes to Access. Access and PV go from 2 Divisions to 3--Cardiology, Oncology, and Dialysis. Think about all the products in Access and PV that treat the Dialysis Patients' continuum of care.
 






There is no restructuring of divisions in the works! This comes up every other year. Statlock will not got to access, it takes too long to sell and access already has more than enough product to deal with.

It doesn't affect me either way but this is a BS, pot stirring post.
 










































I too am hearing this from multiple sources, including from mgmt leaders. This is a DONE deal. Take it to the bank. Bard has a lot of leakers and disgruntled employees, including mgmt board members that share confidential information. There is no such thing as something confidential in this company. Take it to the bank. This will happen so the national sales meetings can be aligned with the new products and sales teams. I heard the Board of Directors voted on this just a few days ago. While it is an obvious move and yes it is mentioned every year, we reps have too many call points that overlap with our sister divisions. It has to happen and it will. Now if they can figure out why the hell Tim Ring and slick John Weiland makes $18M dollars a year while we lay off people, I would love to know. Jimbo Beasley is licking his chops at crushing the weak reps. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
 












BS huh, my DM is in Vegas NOW with DB in a commission strategy meeting and they split the sales force. He's staying on the nursing side and got to pick 5 BAS reps. The rest will be a mix of BMD and new hires. BAS outcasts will be moved.

Well genius...the changes have to be finalized by October 31st in order for everything and everyone to aligned and ready to go Jan.1, 2012.

What, do you think they'll announce a re-org at the NSM? We will know either way, by the end of the month. And it's Nostradamus.
 






I believe the November 1st date! Bard is all about Bard and Beasley and his team of management dont care about people, reps or DMs!!! Just wait...it is coming and positions will be lost and people will be let go! My DM was just in Las Vegas as well! I'm a believer and I'm looking outside Bard for my future!!!!
