Company car is NOT FREE. It is part of your compensation package and you are taxed for the personal miles you put on it. If you didn't have a company car, you'd be given a car allowance to supply your own. Would you the refer to that as "free money"?
I would! That's not MY money paying for that vehicle. My point was be grateful to have a company vehicle and not have to use your own personal vehicle. Many companies reimburse you for your mileage but you get the joy of putting the wear and tear on your own vehicle. Stop trying to find reasons to bitch about situations you can't control (car allowance vs company car) and enjoy what you signed up for. If you don't like it, then leave! I'm a rep here and I left a drama filled company in hopes of finding a real company where people didn't complain about everything. For the rep in Ohio, bragging about minimal success is also a sign of insecurities. Sounds like you've reached your max potential and want people to praise you to make yourself feel better. Sales isn't about what you've done and where your at, it's about how are you gonna get better today and the next day. Leave your work to speak for itself and you!
 






well that October 1 ax fell today. 4 people in Rockville got the boot this afternoon. Also heard a hiring freeze was announced to the sales and marketing teams. Heard it came from Jack because the "fast track" for the adhd med is not being implemented and won't come to market till end of 2017. With all that going on word is also that the sales training team is being sent into the field to work with reps in high volume topaz markets and epilepsy markets since they won't be doing any training in the next 18 months. Last but not least Victor will be stepping down at the end of the year. BOOM!!!

You have over 400 commercial plans covering TXR and you only have an 8% MS? I wouldn't brag about that considering that's probably only 30-40 TXR scripts a week.

Fantastic news on the terrific job Corporate Accounts has done getting formulary on these 400 commercial plans. Trokendi XR has been out for 2+ years, CAN YOU FINALLY PROVIDE REPS WITH A LIST OF THESE "400 plans" that cover Trokendi XR? The fact that we don't have this information in marketing handouts to give our doctors implies a few potential scenarios:

Corporate Accounts is full of shit!

The Marketing department is expendable if they haven't pushed for this info to be printed.

By not supplying reps with this information to educate themselves and their Doctors we are still attempting to get these products covered. Through encouraging reps to "guess" and drum up those PAs.

ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 YRS!!! Can we have this information in handouts to review with our doctors?
