Heads need to roll for stupidity

I have one suggestion for you. Get a life. If you have to go to a meeting to get something out of it you are truly a moron and probably in the right field. I hear Walmart is looking for greeters. Sounds like you are about the right age.

As for your Las Vegas meeting bs, a friend of mine was at training and said there will NOT be anymore meetings in Las Vegas. Sorry, your bingo will have to be played elsewhere.

So, final thoughts, go kiss some more ass ass clown.

you are a small minded person who can't read....the poster was referring to the gov't meeting in Vegas, as for you - you have a friend in training, that says a lot about your judgment.

I am a shareholder, and probably (not sure) hold more stock than you. 12 years with company, ESPP, Grants, Options, 401K etc and I feel that as a salesperson I get a lot out of the meetings. Sure you can learn the material over the internet/skype etc, but in my opinion that is like taking a college course over the internet. You don't get to experience the wisdom of the crowd, share your personal experiences, and bond with your team (if you don't meet in person).
Having unnecessary meetings or spending the money frivolously (like the gov't did in Las Vegas) won't happen. We have too many lawyers and compliance officers to let that happen.
I realize that it is hard to get away from your territory and family/friends but if you have to do it, try to make the most out of it. Offers suggestions on how to make the training more effective, even suggest that you or your district become a test pilot for webbased training. You never know it might happen. Amgen (like everyone else) is always trying to save some money.

attitude is everything, nice post, as far as the turd bucket that replied - he is a loser and a waste of oxygen
