I agree with your observations, and do pray and hope these strange actions ER has taken over the years are going to be called out soon. Not sure how Genentech can rectify some of the inappropriate actions ER has made, especially for those who were impacted, did nothing wrong, and subsequently left the company voluntarily.
How about all the many, many people who were forced to leave because Kim believed the wrong people? Or just felt like it on that day? The best part is when she tells people “don’t bother disputing. Everyone knows you did....a,b and c”. Turns out most of what she said was a lie. But it is her word. And we are at will employees. It doesn’t happen other places. She’s a big big problem.

GNE is putting itself in harm's way by taking such a cavalier attitude towards ER and its personnel. Lawsuits happen and jury trials don't fare well for big corporations. Too many abuses for too many years in this department. Careers have been ruined over lies with power in the hands of a few.
