House is on fire....complaining about the size of the fire does not make sense. This is an incredible shitty business problem, but it can be solved. When faced with stiff competition and an inability to differentiate on value - you have to differentiate on price.

Who wants to sell more and make more revenue? Currently, all three are playing ball. But hey, why not quadruple sales and cure a massive shit load of people. Drain the balls of every warehouse of F1-F3 patients and make a fucking statement that Abbv is willing to make a reasonable rate of return on this cure.

It would be a marketing coup. A fucking huggable moment with Big O from Chi Town. It's about image and prestige today, not about cloaking pricing intricate contracting models which place a burden on patients and our layered customers.

It's and idea - which will go no where. Hey, our dosing regiment looks like a GNC snack pack. But, it's a fucking cure that is as good as an other product for the majority of patients. Time to Wallmart this shit. Make the money - buy some additional start ups.

Quadruple sales and make a reasonable rate of return. Volume!
