So word is that there are a bunch of hep reps applying for positions outside the company. Beware, if you misrepresent yourself in anyway during the phone screen for a certain company, it will be figured out and you won't go anywhere with it

That is no surprise, reps will vanish by mid April. BN is also going around doing his own road show for himself. Don't be surprised if he leaves with them!
I have seen several BMS resumes for the expansion we are hiring for, these are poorly written resumes considering the nature of experience we are looking for. My sense is that the reps are exaggerating their experience in a market where it is clear they don't have any

incorrect, I wrote the opening post. My company is receiving numerous resume's from members of your HIV and Hepatitis sales teams and through the pre-screening process, we've identified false/non-supportable info being presented on several resumes. The reps admitted that they could not provide supporting documentation should they move forward in interviews. I'm sorry to hear that their positions are not secure however using false info to inflate your experience will be figured out sooner or later.

Anyone wonder why the sales reps with the high ranking got to go to Spain? Because that changes the trip into an IC trip! Which means the cost of the trip is coming out of the pool of IC money. Instead of actually giving out higher IC payouts!
