Two finance managers have been working for years at Taro without a degree. Does HR check education? I bet they'd be surprised if they did.

Taro only checked education background of employees within last few years. They didn't check prior so I'm not surprised.

It's easier to maintain servers located at one location rather than at several locations.

Yeah 20 People doing Shared Service for a dozen companies . 120 Hour Work Weeks. No vacations allowed. Must work 49 weekends a year. BUT...A free scoop of ice cream every once in a while.

I don't work in finance and still hear of the dramatics in downstairs. Too many people with too much time on their hands. Quit whining, if you're unhappy leave. If you can't leave just shut up and do what you were hired to do. Everyone up here knows about all of the gossip, plotting and scheming. Get a grip folks. You're the problem.
