The focus should be on removing leaders (there are some that have been brought up on other discussion boards) that dont do nothing. The focus should be on adding more diverse folks on D&I leadership that include Jewish, Palestinian, Indians, Filipinos, Rural Whites as well as Blacks. Right now D&I is primarily Black and doesn’t represent all of us.

There’s no way Quita and her team can speak of a Muslim or Jewish experience and that shows when she speaks vs when Aviv speaks.
