I think it’s plagiarism if you copy a lyric and make it a quote for yourself on LinkedIn.

You are wasting your time with all this arm chair politics.

The focus should be on removing leaders (there are some that have been brought up on other discussion boards) that dont do nothing. The focus should be on adding more diverse folks on D&I leadership that include Jewish, Palestinian, Indians, Filipinos, Rural Whites as well as Blacks. Right now D&I is primarily Black and doesn’t represent all of us.

There’s no way Quita and her team can speak of a Muslim or Jewish experience and that shows when she speaks vs when Aviv speaks.

Diversify D&I and Include us all!

the DEI movement isn’t about diversity or inclusion. It is about one groups version of equity.

I went through this years ago at another company. The minute the movement started elevating Asians and Indians, a certain group got all pissed off.

Agree. How about good research, sales, treating people according to their skills, and helping the economy? Leave the DEI for Hollyweird.
 






If it weren’t for the race hustle, Q would at best be a product Director.

She has become Genentech’s Al Sharpton. She NEEDS there to be decisiveness and inequities or she doesn’t have a role. Therefore she sees the world through this lense as it is necessary for her survival.
 
























Nah...it's definitely a "B"...for those non performers that read a book about slavery that occurred over 200 years ago, and now they try to make an assertion that because of that, they can't succeed. Time to get over it children. Put on your big boy pants and stop making excuses. You are not a good role model for your children. You are teaching them that they aren't smart or talented enough to succeed. DEI feeds into the excuses and victim mentality that is detrimental to children of color. Wake up and reject the Quita mentality. It's harmful.

Let’s speak truth. Genentech and the DEI movement there has convinced many that they’re victims. Of course those people are okay with that because it’s unearned job security and unearned promotions. Also, if you want to know what pure racism is…it’s telling people they have ‘white privilege’ without knowing a damn thing about them. Many rural white kids who grow up in poverty with meth addicted parents and zero chance of going to college might probably recognize the pure racism of that description.
Quita is a pimp for racism and will one day have to deal with her actions. So will all the cowards who stay silent and don’t push back.

As a former employee, DEI is a cancer. Look at the performance of the company since these policies were put in place. Sure bio similars was an issue BUT keeping those who consistently performed would have made a huge difference. Instead race, color and gender was the defining decision. I hope the new CEO re-directs this ship before genentech is sold for parts to Novaritis and the other scavengers. Such a sad situation...
