Very well respected RBDs....you're a dumbass for saying that....and the other dumbshit above that said that they got their bonus and why haven't they left...they can't leave until they interview and get an offer, douchey....they were in training I believe last week and many were waiting till after Labor Day to interview or accept their offers...

I agree. The last poster was a jackass. Brad and Ed were respeced and will be missed. Cubist is loosing quality people. If I were upper mgmt, I'd be fighting to keep key people. The thousands it would cost them will pale in comparison to the millions it could potentially cost them in lost sales.

There are others that havent left yet because they are waiting for offer but once they get it, they're gone....and Cubist and the other loud mouths on here that think slackers and unsuccessful reps are the only ones leaving, will be surprised...VERY surprised...

That person is either trying to deliberately mislead people (which wouldn't surprise me given how unethical Cubist has become) or is truly an idiot. Either way, completely direspectful. And as far as the "droves" are concerned, take an inventory of how many people in the sales organization have been here less than a year. My estimate is greater than 50%. If that's not crystal clear consider this: there are many who have been waiting for this company we've loved so much to return. I'm getting tired, and that loyalty is slowly turning to hatred. Even if it's not TMC or Durata, people will leave. There are plenty of jobs. Management would prefer to have us think otherwise. Upper management doesn't care.

Any company looking to buy Cubist beware you will inherit a pack of angry people and a crap future. I advise you to look elsewhere. Tedizolid is selling almost 0 and the gram - will be very selectively used. Do your homework and these facts will be confirmed. Dapto is going generic soon also. Don't let those money hungry executives in the office con you with their bullshit.
