Here's my process; recruiter called excited about my resume, forward resume to manager for interview. Manager was suppose to notify recruiter last Friday with interview information but to date recruiter has heard nothing.

My question for the reps that have been hired, what was your process like in the very beginning? Will you share?

verbal offer came from DM.

Process is pretty straight forward. They flew me out for the interview. Met with publicis recruiter first, then meet with 2-3 managers from Otsuka.

Then they called me back to meet with hiring DM and VP

Got a verbal offer shortly after. Process took about 2 weeks.

On the Otsuka board it's very clear that if your not performing your gone (even after 3 months?)??

So my guess is we have one year..If we're good we stay, if not? there will be no joining the company.
