I interviewed for this job.

Had sold PRP for a previous company.

I bailed when they said they wanted to sell the machine for $3000-$4500.

It was clear to me then that the manager I interviwed with didn't know what he was talking about.

It was in the North East.

Good luck out there. PRP is a commodity now pretending it isn't won't change that.
 












I've been contacted about a role a biz development rep managing the channel. Any idea on compensation for this and what kind of opportunity this is? Reading this thread doesn't make it seem too promising.
 


















It's way worse.

We get misguided directives from management.

They tell us to go after surgeons yet we are not allowed to sell into the Hospital.

It's very clear there is no direction. 3 reps have quit in the last 3 months.

This is a ship with no direction and oh by the way we overcharge for EVERYTHING.
 






Management is jumping off this ship faster than you can say PRP.

DF and JU both GONE.

They made moves to fire the RM on the west coast because they didn't like him and now he is eating their lunch on in California.

Terumo doesn't know what to do with Harvest. It's only a matter of time until they unload it for pennies on the dollar.
 












This division continues to flounder.

Leadership is a revolving door.

RM's don't know the business and pass along unrealistic expectations.

Scott I'm looking at YOU. You are a complete and utter buffoon plus I know you read this shit you told me you did.
 






How many people are going to leave Harvest Technologies for ACCBIO? It just keeps happening. Now there is another former Harvest manager who has started his own group and is out there sniping accounts.

What a fucking joke Terumo is. They have done nothing but fuck up this once reputable brand.

The original business profile was to give away the machine and make $$$ off the disposables. We did that for years at Harvest. If a customer had an issue with the machine we would ship out a new one free of charge.
