I heard from my boss that May is supposed to be even worse with gg supply. Why does leadership,lie to us? At the NSM we were told things would be getting better in q2 and q3. Nobody believes anything leadership says at this point.
 






We should question what the institutional leadership team really thinks what’s going on. Maybe they are not in a position to make the changes needed to give confidence to the sales team, but they can’t really believe things are good. Our bosses have all stopped saying what really being discussed because it only looks like they are complaining. It’s not worth saying what’s really going on because you will be labeled a cry baby or malcontent.
