I am not bashing on the ladies, guys are way more unethical then them in this industry. I actually find educated women who know how to play the sales game extremely sexy, and am pleased to see more and more at hospitals in my area. Sit down and have a conversation with a woman from another company, not only will it be pleasant they are more willing to work with you as a competitor. I had a female rep help me into her dr's office for a product she doesn't carry and in return I helped her get some business. Never had a male rep approach me for a deal to both make some extra cash. In a industry of alpha males i appreciate the few women we have. Good looking or not, I hope we see more.
