Dude I almost fell over reading this. You think your “legacy” is strong?!? Are you mentally retarded? Your “legacy” is that you were constantly drunk at corporate events, pulled 2 packs of smokes a day, had yellow teeth, constantly bad mouthed all of your peers, brought weed a to division meeting, and sexually harassed women who worked with you.

Harry was the absolute worse manager!! Sexually harassed women, did drugs with his reps. Hospitals would ask his reps to host meetings the day before he was coming in so they wouldn’t have to talk to him too long. Docs would ask reps to never bring him in their OR. He got lucky he had talent working for him but he did not develop anyone. They were all self motivated. 90% of the people who worked for him would back these statements up. J&J doesn’t fire people because they work too closely with their boss.
 












Here’s what would make the most sense. Call & apologize to every one of the reps that worked under you. Take responsibility for the awful way you treated past & current reps. Karma will kick in if you do not do something nice for a change.
 






Harry just needs to learn how to treat people period. He loves his family and his work family, but has sometime been tough on both. Lets look to forgiveness and let this rest. Please no more posts and lets all move on!
 












I agree! He lacks character and Integrity. He could never ever look anyone in the eyes. It must feel really bad knowing he was so close to getting his retirement benefits.
 
























So many people trying to make Harry look bad! Please stop these negative posts that could hurt both his family and his reputation as he needs to get another position in sales management. Please have a heart!

Btw, it doesn’t matter if he looks bad bc “he rode off in to the sunset.”
