Another great day hear at Grifols - the Purchaser of Talecris - let's move to Talecris paycheck schedule - our employees only need 1 paycheck in November - they will be fine waiting until the 3rd week of November for their 3rd Qt. "payout".

1st - End of January 2011 - going to a Quarterly payout - will be better for the reps - make more money - uhh - I call Bullshit.

2nd - 2011 Quota's & Commission Plan - Uhh - let's just say Bullshit on this too - reps making $0.00/Qt. benefits no one - making 30% - 40% less than the previous year - helps no one.

3rd - Paycheck schedule - by the way - know you work so you can pay bills but maybe you will have to pay some a little late this month - sorry can't pay you your bonus earlier - wouldn't be benficial to our bottom line.

4th - Think the Talecris world is about to get turned upside down - from a financial aspect (obviously just about everything else that was Grifols has been turned into the Talecris method).

5th - Didn't GR say that profitability was equal at Talecris vs. Grifols in 2010?

6th - prediction of Mass Exodus as the employee moral at Grifols reaches an all time low in its 71 year history (best to my knowledge - at least a low point since entering the United States)

7th - Things can only get better - right?????

Do you think anyone in L.A.knows that this sentiment is held by every legacy Grifols rep? What a train wreck we are saddled to, every few days we get more insulted.
