Grifols Ethics?

KS here. First of all, I’d like to say this is my first posting on CP and I was only made aware of these recent rants by a co-worker. I’m not here to defend myself, but it seems that this “anonymous person” wants to kick my a**, threaten me, and has hopes of getting a reply out of me, so I’ll oblige you this one time CH (if that’s you out there): You’re welcome to share as many truths or lies you want about me from here on out, because this will be my first and last post. First of all, I have only spoken with a few HR depts from other companies about prospective employees over the past 8 years (which is the last time I even gave you a thought). You were never part of those conversations or even brought up (and I’m assuming you don’t have me on your list of references), so not sure what you have “recorded”(and I’ll confirm for all to hear that you were never on a PIP, nor has that ever come up in conversation). My guess is that many people knew about the story of our rocky relationship at Endo and have shared those stories over time. I admit that you are one of my least favorite people ever, and the feeling is obviously mutual, but I’ve let those thoughts fade long ago. If anything I shared in the past has come back full circle, I’ll give you my apology now, but this will be the last time you hear from me. I truly hope you can find some level of peace with things and get the opportunity you want soon, and I promise that you’ll never have to worry about me bringing up your name proactively in the future. Now go ahead and fire away…

KS-I looked you up on our directory at Grifols, how is the great state of Texas? From one Grifols employee to another, if nothing else you have shown extremely poor judgement by just responding regardless of the truth. I thought this post was senseless until I saw you responded and now I have taken the time to figure out who you are so I can avoid you in the future just in case.
 






Well, well isn't this so telling? I am OP and I gave your company my name and number for your actions while representing Grifols. Call your own HR and find out who I am. I am not hiding or bullshitting. I am not CH but I know what happened to him too. You need a psychiatrist. By the way, nobody at Grifols will return my calls.

YOU are responsible for your actions in this industry while working for Grifols (according to your Code of Conduct). As I said before, this is not a stupid vendetta, this is a very poor decision made by a person with issues I wont pretend to understand. And yes, I did identify myself to your company MULTIPLE times. If they wont take action, I will. So what fuckin business is it of yours? You arent involved so go back to work. I told this ass to his face that he should not fuck with me, but alcohol can reduce anyones judgement to piss poor. By the way, an accomplished bullshitter can make it sound like he did nothing, but he knows exactly who I am.

This is a story about an abusive manager who takes advantage of the subordinate position of employees. It is also about an employee who will not stand for it. The fact that it does not end even after the managerial relationship is severed is testimony to the seriousness of the problem.

How many of you have had these issues? Why don't you report it? Because you will have a meeting with your manager, his RD and he will get the benefit of the doubt, you will now be stuck in a hostile relationship with the only person who has control over your short term future. You don't report it because you are in a catch 22. There is no point to it so you live with it. You should not have to deal with these types of issues. I warned this guy I would not be a victim to these tactics and he ignored me. Bad decision.
 






KS here again. I said that I would not respond twice, I'm going to offer one more lifeline which I'm sure will also be ignored. To the OP, if you really did work for me at any point, then you have my cell phone number (because it hasn't changed in more than a decade). Be a man and call me to discuss your issues with me. I've never said a negative word about anyone when called about a potential job for them, so not sure where you get your information. I know how hard it is to land a job and would not do that to anyone (even you). If there were a slew of people who worked for me in the past that hated me and I mistreated them, then you would have heard from them by now out of the 4000+ views. I'm not perfect and I'm sure someone will slam me after this posting (probably you acting as someone else), but not much more can be made up or said at this point. My guess is your ultimate goal is just to tarnish my reputation as a mgr anyway, so I'm sure you'll never call me. If you do, I'll be straight up with you on what's been said and not said. We can hang up the phone and continue to dislike each other, but at least we'll know where we stand. So the challenge is out there. If you continue to post, then everyone will know that you're just full of shit and what you're ultimate goal is....

As i said, call HR, they have all the information, its interesting that you accuse people but say you dont know who it is. Anyone who had 1 bad experience would know right away, but you seem to have multiple choices of people you think I am. WTF, are you afraid to call your own HR department? Call them, they know all of it. It seems you do not want to talk with your own HR? Why would that be? How could I be hiding if I filed an entire report at your company? And no, I am not posting pretending to be anyone else.

You didn't work with him, you worked for him and it was hero worship to the extreme. And he did run from Endo, after getting a new (female) RD and getting into a shouting match with her at a meeting it was quit or be fired. That and the HR issues. You are right about one thing he went to EKR, then lost that job and was unemployed for a year. All because his redneck ego wouldn't let him work for a woman.
