Wow is all I have to say. Some of you on here should not even be lincare employeess. I am proud to say that my office has two of the best rts one could ask for. We have 2 amazing service reps and a top notch csr I bust my ass as the cm and we have fun doing it.
 


















Lincare in grand forks nd is breaking the law in nd. They do not staff two RTs they have 2 contract people to come in and sign paperwork done by office staff. The manager who is an ex bartender sets up all equipment including trilogy machines....that place is pathetic and a hazard to the hme industry. Their location in belcourt nd is off the map and is a health hazard filled with bird feces and an illegal amount of o2 is stored there. Grand forks lincare needs an inspection in all their law violations

If you need proof call in a mock setup or walk in with a rx. You will be instructed by csr or other non clinical employee. You will than get a call by contract rt on their next call day asking how equipment use is going . The manager there brags about not having a full time rt because she states she knows paps and other rt equipment better than anyone! This center operates like this to keep the bonus larger for the cm!! And the area manager supports it and hides wrongdoing.
