Just saw that the Digital Health team under Greg has so many people with heavy titles. Delivered zip in the last 3 years. Work they claim as success are all done by third party vendors, not BMS. I guess it is a toy for Greg to show at conferences. Travel budget for this team should be massive, I see them traveling around the world attending conferences all the time. I think he gets to keep his toys while some poor souls get cut. This guy had the balls to talk about AI today while people in the audience are looking for answers on their jobs. How tone deaf is this?

I suspect the reason he's in pharma in the first place is because he couldn't cut it in real tech. There are probably interns at Microsoft more capable than him.

Greg is actually quite technical and has vision. However the entire Greg’s Leadership team is another story and needs to go. They have enriched themselves at the expense of hard working teams and they’re very careful to ensure their survival eliminating any competition or anyone who disagrees with them. The Hyderabad team is another disaster - riddled with favoritism hires family and friends with incentives is total fraud.
The craziest thing is If all of these fake VPs were gone tomorrow none of our business would be impacted! NONE! All the tech support is outsourced and we would be absolutely fine. Actually we would be much better off and more efficient savings millions.

I guess anyone without any technical degree can be called technical? Same problem as always, they don’t need to defend themselves when common people can defend them.
