Used to work for GSK. Did really well until no sales numbers. Did ok when they did test scores. When based on manager write ups only my rankings fell. I refused to kiss up to managers. What a joke. Got out of there as soon as I could. Really criminal how managers determined scores based on who kissed their butt. Hopefully they are going back to sales numbers. Most people I know got the hell out.no way. Some people have numbers on the coat tails of others. I know IS’s who’ve rode the tails of Account managers and visa versa. Have to have a subjective component.
