Got My 3rd C Rating in a row































I’ve been on performance plan for almost three years jajaja. It’s hilarious because this is my second job, I spend 2 hours a day in the field and the rest with my kids running a daycare. All I have to do is pretend to feel bad after getting my grade, lol!!! I know it’ll come to an end soon but I’ve known that
 






The forced ranking system is a joke. Always someone has to take a “3” even if you are in a region where everyone is a good performer. Also it’s takes a really really bad diversity person for any FLL to even attempt giving a C to. GSK says the rankings is about the deciles…oh and then behaviors which always gives them an excuse to have it not about deciles.

Nailed it. HR and VP will fight tooth and nail with any front-line leader who even considers rating a POC as a C regardless of how weak the performance and behaviors. No sir, that is not acceptable, so someone else has to be the sacrifical lamb.

Calibration meetings are are complete joke. Dysfunctional, dishonest, and no consistency across regions. Anyone who has participated in this highly subjective process knows this is the truth.
