Rating system during a pandemic is just sick!
The forced ranking system is a joke. Always someone has to take a “3” even if you are in a region where everyone is a good performer. Also it’s takes a really really bad diversity person for any FLL to even attempt giving a C to. GSK says the rankings is about the deciles…oh and then behaviors which always gives them an excuse to have it not about deciles.

well calibration is done no longer exists for 2022 so all those FLL’s taking care of their friends is OVER, now they have to get off their ass and sell some Nucala!!
Nailed it. HR and VP will fight tooth and nail with any front-line leader who even considers rating a POC as a C regardless of how weak the performance and behaviors. No sir, that is not acceptable, so someone else has to be the sacrifical lamb.
I have not heard this in VBU.
