WTF? R U God? More than likely, its a competitor looking for exactly the reaction you just gave him or her. Seriously, you have to take a look at yourself and examine your ability to think clearly. No former employee would come on here and make that statement. What possibly could be in that for them? I'd question your integrity first, given you jumped to that conclusion and pointed the finger.

Personally, I don't believe anyone here ever sold off label. I know most of my co-workers well and the company and industry policies and I am not buying it. That's a crack assed comment thrown out there by some jerk wad competitor or disgruntled person, looking for an easy knee jerk reaction. You responded first. Think about that.

No one said anything about off label. The thread is about the three stooges running your company who are losing accounts, bleeding the company business and running it into the ground. Let's hope the new Chairman can clean up this mess.

Hmm. Do you think anyone at RB ever marketed profits?
"Doc, just take one 8 hour class and you can boost your income by over $240,000 per year."

Suboxone is not FDA approved to boost physician income. Promoting Suboxone to increase physician income, or, "build your practice" is off label selling and is illegal. I bet there's an email or two about this in the files the government took in the raid last fall.

Been here a long time, Never saw one.
 






CL's have ABSOLUTELY sold off label and told docs to do things that were not on label regarding usage!!! As a CL I was also told to let docs know how "getting certified can help build your practice and your cash flow". There are definitely emails that have been sent out regarding this. this all happened with a hint, hint, wink, wink...and A few emails! I never did it but I was certainly highly encouraged to do so by my manager. She would get mad if it wasn't part of the conversation with a prospect!

Why do people assume if their mgr didn't tell them to promote off label then it didn't happen? Even one mgr doing it...one incompetent mgr...is too many! It happened and there IS proof!!
 






Because people come on her and act like it is RB's direction. That is not true. I am sorry if some incompetent person with bad judgement did something wrong. But to come on her and make it appear that is the RB culture or the way we do business is wrong.
 






The fact is there are ABM's that know that off label selling is taking place and they choose to look the other way. Several managers expect CL's to go out and say whatever it takes to move MS and then try and pretend they don't give that direction. Well, they do...and it is WRONG! And now the government knows!!

We are a highly ethical company full of great people who do a job that saves a hella lot of lives, so go stick that up your pipe. If you were really an employee here, you should have told whomever this mystery person is that told you to tell docs, what you claim was said above, to shove it. Really? You had no responsibility to ADDRESS IT WHEN IT HAPPENED? I say shame on your, you lightweight, chicken ass. Now you say it, NOW on CP, seriously? It has been reported!! LOSER! And the cheek was turned the other way...it fell on deaf ears!! And I NEVER sold off label but was sick of being asked to say things off label, unethical, "stretch the truth". Your post is hilarious because you have your head up your a$$ saying this doesn't happen!!
I do agree that lots of people have been helped by RB. The greed, desperation and lack of how to sell in a competitive environment has gotten in the way!! Good riddance!
