Goodbye Humira, hello Biosimilars

<

Do you think they are likely to layoff a good portion of the sales force who promotes Humira in 2023 once it goes generic? Or will Skyrizi be enough to keep everyone around

what do you mean yes and yes. Yes there will be layoffs? Or yes there will be enough work around with Skyrizi for most people to stay? And if a layoff ensues will your kids still be singing the Skyrizi song

If you do the math, Skyrizi can help soften the blow a little bit. Rinvoq growth will be nowhere near what was originally thought (thank Pfizer and the FDA for that one). It's highly unlikely their combined sales cover even half of what we will lose.

Tell us more about softening the blow. Asking for a friend.

WB has been selling off his Abbvie stock as of late.

Have you ever seen a humongous blockbuster lose patent life, but a company continue to keep running with a grossly over staffed sales force? Come on you people are smarter than this. Look at every company that has lost patent on a blockbuster. It's not "if" layoffs happen. They surely will. The question is "how bad will they be"?
