Who knows when Sharon will be replaced. It all depends on how much runway she was given. People have been predicting her demise since she started.

For those that think Acumed sucks then leave. Plenty have already. Many are thinking about it.

There are exceptions with some old timers in ho hum positions, but If you only know the Acumed way (meaning you came here with no significant industry experience (specifically Stryker, SN, Arthex, etc.) then probably don't plan on much of a future at Acumed. And Acumed doesn't care if you leave anyway.

She really is horrible. She has not done anything to to push this company to the next level. Honestly I’m not sure with the talent pool provided that Acumed has what it takes to push through.

Well she honestly was a bad hire like the guy before her and the guy before him. She has not brought another product to market and got rid of anyone that was a threat to her. She likes to talk about all the people she knows who think the same about her as everyone else. She is shit always has been.

She has been absolutely dominant. Perhaps that’s too much because She is a woman
 












Sharon will let women and men go all the same but maybe there's a "girl's club" at Acumed. She tends to promote women or place them as supervisors or in management positions even when without industry or management experience. I guess giving them a chance. But She's also trying to maintain her circle of loyalists, which she hasn't had much success with. So don't feel all too proud if you find yourself as one of the chosen ones. I've seen plenty of bobble heads (you know - those that nod in agreement with everything that comes out of Sharon's mouth) in her "circle" that have been let go or just up and leave.
 






Anyone know how many of our Agents have signed the new contract?
How many have said "No Sharon - you can not stop us from selling other products- because you are too afraid to put out something new."
 






























No, Sharon has stated that she will leave as CEO when a replacement is found. But she isn't leaving the organization and will remain on the board. So, you see, Marmon has faith in her and she's done quite a job keeping the company together and working through the Osteomed merger/acquisition.
