You mean someone experienced in bankrupting a small pharma rather than a guy who was winging it and committing crimes?
 






Provenge is probably a fantastic drug, but the problems with this company are many and grave.

There were lots of chances to clean it up and save it. But, the further softening of sales this qtr is going to be deadly. Having a board with no financial stake that benefits from bankruptcy is certainly part of the problem.

Is there any way legally to cease that conflict of interest as criminals take their time in signing deals? Boards are supposed to exist to maximize shareholder value and they are not there for that. Besides a shareholder revolt which won't happen is there anything else under the law to prevent a board from destroying a company for the board's benefit?

Does you know if insurers pay class action settlements when crimes were committed by people at the top? The answer to this question is very important in determining if the BOD has more of an interest in DNDN going bankrupt than succeeding.
 












This board infested with posts from a deranged fool from Investors Village known as BI. His life would be nothing if he could not attack provenge, prostate cancer patients, dendreon, or dendreon shareholders. He suffers from Borderline Person Disorder where he babbles nonsense about bankruptcy, BODs, FBI investigation, cash balances, and solvency 24 hours a day. If it where not for these babbling posts, he would spend his entire day staring at a blank wall sitting in his own feces. Basically, his life is a waste of everyone's time. Dear Insurance Company,

As CEO, I pumped and dumped the stock of my company.

I hung around as CEO for 6 months and am currently on the board with cronies who never challenged me.

Clearly, we were innocent victims and herewith submit our claim for repayment of the stockholder's suit judgment.

Thanks for posting #1. It is great to hear that the efforts of Dendreon's scientists and sales reps is resonating with cancer patients. Provenge is a revolutionary product that takes time to be accepted by the broad medical and patient community. That acceptance is spreading. This bodes well for the long-term sales of provenge as a treatment option.
