this time is different. there was over 4 billion in investor losses due to lies and omissions and chicanery. mitchell gold profited profited over 50 billion dollars clearly knowing things other people didnt (namely that dendreon would never make a dime) . that 50 million dollars represents almost 5% of the sum of the current value of every outstanding share. gold is clearly a criminal. also the 4 billion in investor losses since august 3 makes this dendreon matter almost 20% as big a fraud as the madoff matter. madoff as we know is in prison for life.

I am sorry, no one owns the board what I am stating is that there are many threads in this board lets focus our discussions. I could careless about my Senior Leadership and if they have broken any laws, I hope they all go to jail but lets move on.

first of all, only losers spell loser as looser. secondly its not that obtrusive to have posts here that are unrelated to the reason you are here. dont tell people what to do. some people will not move on until justice is served. people are here for all kinds of reasons when the company in question has committed the kind of atrocities and illegal acts that were commited here no matter what type of bulletin board it is.

the original thread is about this being a good time to jump ship. it is a good time to jump ship BECAUSE of the crimes of this management and the fact that they broke serious federal securities laws on their way to trashing a public company. there is carnage everywhere in the form of employee victims and shareholder victims and cancer patients themselves. the posts about this managements crimes are completely on topic with regard to this thread.

Really?? You consider that a good severence package?? At my previous employer when I got laid off I received a years salary, prorated annual bonus, prorated retention bonus, all my stocks vested as did the money in my 401K. All in all I walked out with nearly a quarter of a million dollars

im not even in the pharmaceutical field. your arrogance in the post i was referring to and now the name calling shows your insecurity as a person. don't care how much you make or made. for all the money in the world i would not want your passive-agressive personality traits which is really just a sign of either mental illness or severe insecurity and anger. you come off as very angry. i can see how a company would want to get rid of you even if you were a big producer. cancers hurt companies in the long run no matter how productive they may be on a personal level. so yes, they do give good severance to cancers. the jets are going to cut santonio holmes despite his incredible talent and guaranteed 8 million they have to pay him next year solely because of his toxicity in the clubhouse and the damage he did to team chemistry. look in the mirror dude. im sure you're just santonio with a cheaper suit than he wears.

MY God, you're not even a good liar. You admitted you got a 4 months severence hence you worked for Dendreon hence you were in the pharmaceutical field. In so far as in security goes YOU were the first to hurl insults. However, I do love that I rattled your cage so much that you had to write several paragraphs of insults disguised as mediocre under grad psychanalysis with assumptions that aren't even close to the truth. If I was such a Cancer I wouldn't have received the most comendation awards in my group, get promoted multiple times and double my salary in 3 years.
