Just found out that everyone who has been let go from Marketing, Sales, GA has received a very good package which included minimum 4 month of salary, full bonus, insurance, unpaid vacation and etc. Dendreon is giving a hush money to everyone who wants to leave since everything we have been doing most likely has not been kosher. I am guessing, government may be looking at them and they don’t want to have witnesses for their ongoing lawsuits. I am going to my DM to request one as well. They are many companies such as J&J, Astellas that are looking for experienced sales reps and managements. JR, our head of sales, himself has applied for jobs in different companies. Don’t want to have anything to do with folks who are running this shady operation. I have not slept for many months now and I can use the break. Merry Christmas.
 






That is good news....Really good news Physicians don't understand what is going on at dndn and it's difficult to constantly explain. Poor Dave Urdal must be sad to see what this has become as he leaves
 






We didn't get a bonus, but the rest of it is true. I doubt they will give you a package now, but give it a try. I don't see it as "hush money" as most companies have to give a minimum of 2 months notice or 2 months pay if they are going to have a layoff the size of Dendreon's, some states require three months notice. I was sad to go but happy because I just don't see how they are going to pull this off. Good product but I don't know if it can be profitable. The Cost of Goods is too high, I think they need to re-adjust their model and get some management at the top and at each of the sites that understands how to take a product commercial. They spend money like they print it!!!
 






























Wow, the Sales force did well. I was in Mfg and we just got 4 months, no bonus, our vacation time, but they didn't pay out our sick time. Watch your checks as they kept double paying us then they would pull it out of our accounts or they wouldn't pay us enough. Seriously, they need a new accounting/payroll department. I'm happy to be out as they don't have a clue how to run a Mfg. operation. I spent most of my time playing video games. Good luck with your next company!

You know, if I wasn't getting paid for my work I wouldn't be doing my work. Dendreon has itself to blame for this unholy mess. Hardly wait until the medicare fraud case cracks wide open (plus the obligatory manslaughter charges for prescribing a drug that was known by Dendreon to only work in a small percentage of the population with certain genetic markers-information withheld by Dendreon and now being discovered in independent trials.

Dendreon has f*cked up every which way possible and f*cked any number of people without the KY. Karma's a bitch and if you're actually lamely trying to defend Dendreon from someone who wasn't getting paid in a timely fashion then I can only imagine you're part of the problem. Jesus, how long did Dendreon go without a compliance officer AND lead legal council? The place is a joke with a bad punchline

no lead counsel has to be better than having richard hamm. he signed off on all the sec filings. he let mitch and crew do what they wanted because he was enriched by 15 million dollars. he then cashed out another 2 million days before bolting the company so he wouldnt be here in august when the crimes and lies hit the fan. he thought he would get away with it. most do. thats why he thought he would get away with it. not this time.

question regarding chief compliance officer? have they replaced waller and if they have when was the new guys start date approximately?

they went months before hiring osborn. he had no idea what he was getting in to and so far he seems in WAY over his head.

when was chief compliance officer position filled if it was after waller left?

That I don't know. What I can tell you is that Dendreon royally effed up when they laid me off (can't go into details). This is probably because there was no lead legal council and HR was clueless. The result was that they had to drastically increase my severance package as 'hush money' so I wouldn't pursue legal action. The company is a cluster f*ck.

post number 14, if you wrote post number 12 do you not know if they have replaced chief compliance officer? is it possible they still havent or do you know that they have one now?

Been gone for a few months, so I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they don't have a CO. If someone knows more please chime in.

bil waller is gone as of september 30. i was just wondering if he was replaced. i doubt it. this management doenst want anyone to have a chief compliance officer to talk to. there is so much fraud on every level. shareholders lost over 5 billion.

I'm not a shrink, but does anyone have any insight into how/why these jagoffs thought they could instigate so many frauds on so many fronts without consideration of being caught? Where the millions gained (only to soon be lost) THAT powerful an incentive to commit poorly planned crimes, crimes they even admit to on video and recordings??? I mean, seriously, if Provenge indeed only worked on a small subset of people with unique genetic markers and if DNDN knew this yet administered it to people they knew it wouldn't work on we're way past just fraud and into manslaughter/murder/depraved indifference territory. As this behavior ranges into sociopathy the perps unfortunately probably never developed a drinking/drug abuse problem to help them sleep at night. I just can't wrap my head around high profile people doing something which would inevitably lead to a loss of everything they earned, legally or otherwise. The egos on these dipsticks must be enormous.

first or all, i do not know if this marker stuff is true. it says it on this board but i haven't heard much about it anywhere else. i don't work for dendreon nor am i a science guy. i am here about the egregious stock fraud in which over 4 billion dollars of innocent americans wealth was lost due to lies and deception. those are facts.

as for drinking and drugging, greed of gold's magnitude is sociopathy. the very definition of sociopathy includes not having a conscience. people like gold, schiffman and richard ford hamm sleep fine at night. they don't fear the consequences because in most cases people get away with it. richard ford hamm sold 2 million worth of dendreon shares a few days before bolting the company. he had already been enriched by over 15 million. he signed off on all the sec filings that we now know contained material falsehoods and egregious omissions. it is clear to anyone that he signed off on this stuff out of loyaly. he left knowing the company was going to implode and didnt want to be here when the lies hit the fan on august 3. generally white collar criminals have gotten away with this kind of behavior. the resources of the sec are so limited.

mitchell gold has already settled with shareholders in a class action suit of course admitting no wrongdoing.

this time is different. there was over 4 billion in investor losses due to lies and omissions and chicanery. mitchell gold profited profited over 50 billion dollars clearly knowing things other people didnt (namely that dendreon would never make a dime) . that 50 million dollars represents almost 5% of the sum of the current value of every outstanding share. gold is clearly a criminal. also the 4 billion in investor losses since august 3 makes this dendreon matter almost 20% as big a fraud as the madoff matter. madoff as we know is in prison for life.
