Greg is a very good guy. He helped grow the company, and sustained the culture, but was passed up for COO in favor of Vink. Everything fell apart after that - some 1+ years ago. I can't blame him for being checked out and letting the new wolves fight for the scraps. He did his job, and more.

1. Hired Gangemi
2. Hired Chambers
3. Originally shot down the expansion that we're now scrambling to pull off at the last minute
4. Ignored countless warning signs that morale was dangerously low
5. Decided to Respond to the mass exodus of sales reps and managers with a lawsuit against those former employees personally

The major setbacks we've had to deal with in the past two years have been the result of our own doing. None of the above needed to happen. It's almost like someone was purposefully trying to sabotage the tedizolid launch.
