You're going to get flamed for posting this. Ironically, when the inevitable downsizing of older (aka expensive) reps comes, they will be the first to take to this board and blame everyone and everything but themselves for not being prepared. Probably will be tossing in a few quotes from their favorite opinion show.

If you are an older, expensive rep, and you have been responsible, then you are wealthy and have no worries about any of this.
