I think I'm going to puke.I agree. I enjoyed the meeting as well. KC is great and seeing her gives me a little more trust in upper management. I hope she really plans to deliver what she said. These meetings should happpen at least once a year. Even if it's on a eastern/western level.

If KC is here next year she'll have a meeting. But if she's gone probably not.
Agree and take KC too. She's only marginally better than these two. Ok on stage but Doesn't really understand sales.bernie and Brian really need to go. They are not good leaders and not very engaged in their business which is reflected in their teams performance in 2017. ESS is a mess. MC really needs to make some changes and get us some strong leaders.

There are always a group of chronic complainers at every meeting. My solution is to identify them all and put them in charge of the content and plans for our next meeting. They seem to have all of the answers so let them plan the next one. Here is your budget, have at it. And let put them in charge of making all presentations from the stage and also leading all of the breakout sessions. Up front and center. Good luck.Good? Really?
