Good Luck

Saying that we are being lied to by leadership makes the assumption they know what they are doing. Every decision they have made is a guessing game and hanging their hat on something down the road. If you are going to change the field force so drastically, then why are you not looking at sales leadership as well as marketing and the managed care team? This is “One Lexicon”, right?

But they are mentioning about having good formulary access in hospitals. What would be the strategy going forward then?
There have been a few wins at regional hospitals but no large systems. They made sure to sell this to the board to hold off a larger cut. Prepare for a second round of the downsizing after this one coming up. These people are relying on you feeling like a lucky chosen one if you make it through this round. It will just be more of the same just on a smaller scale until they can sell it off.

I joined this company for it to be bought. Sota, as well as the pain med and the obesity drug are tremendous assets. The stock price should be much higher based on these alone. Unfortunately, their lack of experience in marketing and market access doomed soda despite hiring seasoned reps. And the friggin exercise that we had to put practices through to get patient assistance is an absolute disgrace. What exactly do you see that would give you faith that they can market any of these future potential blockbusters?

To those above talking about hospital wins: give it up. Despite the "company line", cardiology is toast. Everything is toast until access is provided. Best of luck to those who have been or will be separated. You deserve better.

This is the worst marketing department I have ever worked with. The materials we have to hand out are embarrassing. HF guideline books that don't have Inpefa in them!

I realize that the car we chose was our decision but the fleet person encouraged us to get a more expensive car to optimize the motus program. That’s about to not work out very well for half of us.

No one is interested in buying this company.
