I’ve only been here three years, but I’m quickly becoming one of the most tenured reps here. Why do people seem to stay such a short period of time then leave? It’s like Mannkind is a spring board for people to find employment elsewhere.

You're an idiot. Do you realize that across many companies, there really is no loyalty. I personally like it here. We have very good people. There are some individuals that need to leave and that's fine.

There is absolutely no loyalty anywhere! People leave for better opportunities or more money. It's all about who you work for as well.

I have had all I can take! I work my @ss off getting scripts and they stay in Sterling for 8 weeks or longer and the FRS is absolutely useless! We cannot succeed with this current process! Give power back to the reps to pull these scripts through. This is a nightmare!
