He also has 0 backbone to stand up to Hugh or anyone else on the EC when he doesn't agree with direction of business or decisions made that effect the business. He just takes out his frustrations on his team and other department underlings. Does that sound about right? He's also a creeper, who hits on reps. He is awful. I had him sized up in 10 minutes of discussion. Terrible personality, robotic, stupid. he reminds me of the guy in Animal House (oppenheimer)
