What is the big deal? Have you seen the people they promote around here? There is no manager training programs. They just hire whoever they want. It is a joke when you see their past working history on many of these leaders. No sales achievements. No awards. Yet they expect people to listen to them. Scary.
 






The problem here is very simple and easy to understand. I was one told by an executive after aspiring to leave one of the larger pharma companies that leadership at other companies would fail in comparison to the standards and expectations that were provided to me both as a manager and a representative. It's sad to understand and hard for these people to understand that there in way over their heads and they truly don't know how to manage talent, understand that health plans and hospitals-know how to operate calculators and clearly don't understand the concept of situational managment.

In some crazy weigh I feel sorry for the crash that headed their way, they seem intent on taking what was good from several product lines they aquired and making them slightly better, holding margins (pricing) and growing the business with each individual specialist. When this leadership team falls, they'll have no where to go, for the simple reason of the way they've handled this situation. There's a great book (old) but called 'Good to Great'-it takes a simple view of what good companies do to become great. They simply stay in their lane, focus on what they do best and do not let greed lead the organization in ways that distract the teams from hitting their numbers. I've worked here for over one year and I've yet to see a formal business plan from the ARD GM's and I've only seen what Neurology has done prior to MNK purchasing the brand.

Sadly I'm unsure if they know what a business plan looks like-they just keep talking in circles that seemingly go in circles. The board needs to take action-clearly leadership is on it's last leg as now we're going on air in the morning to beg for mercy on CNBC. I hardly doubt that we sought out this opportunity-The news would have simply stated 'we declined to comment' and this surely would have cost MT his job.

F has always been checked out and 'loyal to her team'? U must not be in pulm. Not one rep her feels like that.
