Prediction for 2025: lots of PIPs. Half of reps won’t make any Q1 bonus due to walk in of 90%. Many will leave. Guardant is already ramping up hiring and going full court press on SAMs and reps. They offer more, and it’s a product launch. I see a turnover rate of 30% or more just this year
Guardant won't be an issue until it gets on USPSTF. But Gute already told managers more people need to be on PIPs
 






Fake predictions! Have trust in senior leadership decisions!
You must be in senior "leadership". Because you obviously have not read one thing anyone has said. No one trusts senior leadership. You can read all the posts and find out why. No one cares about words, only actions. And actions have been anything other than what fosters trust.
