Guardant won't be an issue until it gets on USPSTF. But Gute already told managers more people need to be on PIPsPrediction for 2025: lots of PIPs. Half of reps won’t make any Q1 bonus due to walk in of 90%. Many will leave. Guardant is already ramping up hiring and going full court press on SAMs and reps. They offer more, and it’s a product launch. I see a turnover rate of 30% or more just this year
