So what your saying is Shire wants everyone to answer like they are being watched? Well no wonder our company is going down the toilet.
If this is the only place you have ever worked then you probably see no issue. When you are brought over from and acquisition, you know how many terrible policies are in place here at Shire and how behind the times Shire really is. Why do you think 30% of the HAE force has quit? Same with LSD. Same with immunology. They have seen how companies can and should be run.
