My RBD was an micromanager ass and made everyone's life miserable. The RD is even worse. They are very cheap here as well.

Thanks for sharing and pray your input gets back to Cambridge. COUNTLESS TBS and KAM's are looking to leave unless things improve... not everyone... some areas of country are treated with respect. But the rest of us dealing with insecure micromanagers who get in the way.
