Getting hired at the “senior” level for PC

I had my call with the recruiter yesterday. I was also told that $105,000 base was the absolute max. And $27,000 is the annual target bonus.

I withdrew. I thought they’d pay more with a buy & bill product. But I can’t take a pay reduction to work here.

I was told Novartis paid well but it appears they have changed their philosophy

Other divisions in NVS pay their reps more. CRM are the bottom feeders. If you are an executive rep, manager level then you make decent money. NVS on average does not pay their reps top dollar

Lies, lies, lies. The salary and incentive $ amounts quoted on here on not correct. Apparently someone outside the company is fishing for information. Keep fishing.

This figures are correct for PCP reps, which are typically a more entry level role. The CSS level reps in CRM have can be Senior or Executive with that much experience. The salaries are significantly higher for those roles the IC is higher too.
