Germany has signed off on the changes - It will be BIG

At least the changes will affect "all of us" and we will be treated with respect. Golden parachutes for all! Your job may be eliminated or consolidated, but new roles will be made that you can apply for if you're qualified, just like how they hired from within for CSC, HSE, IPF and Oncology. Why train and develop people from within, when we can hire outside, then lose that person a year down the road when they realize what they got into

Paul Fontaine: "To continue to meet our realities in the marketplace, we'll need to look at our current roles, and ask ourselves if they are still relevant for our customers. This could mean the elimination or consolidation of roles, and some new roles or opportunities may emerge that are more impactful to our customers, than the ones (roles) we had before."

Look out!!!!!!!!

Still too many reps given reductions by all other pharma...somebody in Germany must have finally gotten a colorful graph instead of a spreadsheet and made some decisions.

The question isn't if changes need to be made, it's who is making them. They are going to protect themselves and those close to them. Reps and DMS will take the brunt of it. Changes need to happen from reps to the top, it just won't go that far up. Too much redundancy and middle management. Whole divisions that should go. Germany

Yes, PF, we need to ask ourselves if having mutilple people doing the same job makes sense. No, the customers have no idea who all of these acronyms are. No, they are not relevant for our customers. Yes, please pair down this ridiculous duplication and redundancy. Please eliminate or consolidate the roles of csc, hse, sae, heor, etc. Pathetic, how everyone is trying to justify their jobs with MBOs, climbing all over each other to get to the same customers to show them the exact same resources. No accountability. No value for many of these people who sit at home all day, getting paid to do nothing.

For all that haven't seen the video... it begins at the 23:00 mark. It's going down.

Interesting that fleet vehicles ordered in the fall have been held up. A few that ordered immediately received theirs and others have been waiting for months. That says something to me.
