Wrong wrong wrong..

When was the last time you saw an Indian VP like Anil or Pramod gone like this. She got the boot coz she is not dirty and not an Indian. Raj has brought tons of people from India on non-immigrant Visa status and given them Director level titles. These people don't even speak proper English and make proper English sentences. Spectrum is all about NEPOTISM.
 












She talked badly about every single person in her group.....everyone. We heard enough of the people who left and how bad they were when in fact others tell me that some of them worked very hard and contributed a great deal.

She makes you want to give up working for her and that is what happened even as a new Conner. Who wants a boss that has a history of 90% turnover rate in one year. I am glad she is gone. If she was not, who knows, I could have been next.

Of course it's her (Georgetta posting) What you get from this post is blame shifting by attacking and spreading false statements on who left , who left for what reason, etc. She shifts the topic to people who worked for her or those who been there before so the focus is somewhere else but her.

Spreading lies about her own team. How evil can she get. No one got fired or left for another role. EVERYONE LEFT TO BE AWAY FROM HER. She can't say everyone can't stand her and they left. Even HR head and JT were helping her so she doesn't look bad. No one in QA could stand her. She was overbearing, controlling, and vindictive. I talked to people who were here before and are no longer here. She had no idea that I did. I couldn't tell her for obvious reasons. She kept on shifting blames and it was so funny to watch.

The funny part is she posted with the intent to make herself good but did not really realize how much more she looks bad. Even her conclusion don't make sense.

Can you now see how hard it was to work for this crazy person. Hope she finds peace in herself and pick up the phone and call everyone who ever worked for her and apologize. That's the only way she will get redemption.

Anil - you will do a great job! She is posting like crazy about you and Pramod on other post. Trying to make the focus be anyone but her. She is wasting her time. She just focus on looking for her next job.

Anil has ZERO experience in Quality. He's going to struggle for a long just like he has with Safety.

Oh really? Did you see the turnover in PVG when he took over? It barely gets by now and the current employee is not very happy.

Also, he's already lost one in QA and another on the way.

Anil knows nothing but kissing Raj's ass. His departments other than RA dwindle down to single employees. All of them. This is by design as well. Until he finds the single employee that will work to the bone. Take a look. This is what the CEO wants. And if the single employee can't do it raj knows Anil will because he has no place else to go.

Agreed. Anil as an AS*HOLE. He can anever find anything outside spectrum so he licks Raj everywhere. His salary $225k. His reputation in industry - very bad. Good part is - he knows he has Raj by balls and Raj can't do anything. Becoz of Anil, Raj will go down soon.

Look at what Anil has done so far here in QA. So great. Saving all of us the pain and hiring real workers and not just people with inflated titles. Saving the company money. What a difference from Georgetta to Anil. Raj- are you happy with your decision?
